one. can arya stark steal stealth from someone who does not gain the stealth keyword, but gains the ability, like gains stealth when attacking alone?

two. if i draw a card because of a response, and the card i drew has the same response, can i use it? like if i win a mil battle and draw a card, and i draw put to the sword, can use i use it?

You can immediately play a card you drew with a Response, assuming it is legal in that Response window. Out of curiosity, what is it in the rules that makes you think you couldn't play it just because you just drew it? Isn't that the point of drawing?

I think the point he has, is if the keyword isn't "sitting there," can area act in that instance and take the stealth in the action window between challenge/attacker declaration and stealth/defender declaration" to prevent said character from using it. In which case the answer is yes. Just like she could take it if it was given by an outside source like Smuggler's Cove.
