Do any of these exist under the new organized play system? They're pretty much all my players care about.

I don't believe the website keeps track of this information, or if it does, I haven't seen it yet.

However, you can do a cumulative event total, for things such as leagues using the tournament software. What you need to do is save each individual tournament result, and then you can use the Event Tracking Tab and load events. This will do a cumulative total of points for your players, including the current event.
