I think the light blue backed cards should be German and the blue ones neutral, with no symbol.

Otherwise the Germans can't use any of the cards, as per the rules!

Ain´t the "soviet" symbol rather "Fury of the Bear" symbol? The nations´ symbols are those half-transparent marks behind the text.

Yes, that makes sense now! I just checked the Days of the Fox cards and see the "Africa" symbol, so you're right.

The correct nation symbols are in the background.
