I added some track lighting (replacing the old 'twin florescent' lighting).

I also resurfaced the game table with 'chalkboard' paint! Now the whole table is a giant chalkboard. I'm pretty jazzed.

I need to let the paint cure for a few days, then I'll condition it a bit with chalk. Once that's complete, I'll set up the GM station (we're playing Deathwatch at the moment) and post some shots of the GM setup. It's pretty cool - there's a receiver, two HUGE speakers (under the table), and a laptop with dual displays. I run RPGSoundMixer (a sound scape creation tool) and 'The Keep' (a campaign management tool) during play.

I like the idea with a chalkboard table, that could be really handy. Looks great.

I really wish I had enough room for a dedicated gaming area in my house. Ah well, we're hoping to move soon and that is on my list of "wants" for the new house.

That does look very cool. I'm in the same boat as dvang - not enough space for a dedicated game room. On the other hand, I've finally been able to get my wife to try out roleplaying as part of a social occasion (dinner with friends, drinking wine, joking, chatting about work, etc).

I'm not sure how comfortable she would feel in a straight-up man cave.
