I think most Astartes are practical and direct, and don't particularly value honorifics such as "Lord", although they would tolerate it.

Being called by their names, or even by their chapter name ("Dark Angel", "Space Wolf" etc) would probably be preferable.

Think of it like this:

It is repeated numerous times in numerous pieces that Astartes are warrior monks .

Now, taking a tiny piece of the real world for a second, how do you address a monk? You say Brother <insert name here> . Or if they have rank within the order, Brother Prior or (in the case of the head honcho) Father Abbot . Now yes you can say that depending on who talks to them dictates to an extent how they phrase things but for any NPC on a level to treat with an Astartes -Planetary Governors, Inquisitors, other Astartes, Naval Fleet Commanders etc- I think that is the appropriate title. Everyone else can gibber and plead.
