Fury of the Bear: Operations Card #037

OK, so... where is it?
I have the base game (18 ops cards), DotF (4 ops cards) and Normandy (14 ops cards). That brings me to a total of 36 sequentially numbered ops cards.
Today I got my copy of the Fury of the Bear expansion and the 11 ops cards included are numbered 38-48.

Number 37 went AWOL, it seems...

Anyone know anything?

I am curious to find out the reason behind this op card 37. As well as why they didn't include any generals.

Ok.I just picked up FOTB and I'm glad I'm not the only one missing #37. And I was ALSO surprised there weren't any generals. Still looking forward to playing this expansion though. :-)
