Confusion about

By Tiny White 2, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

King's Landing Assassin
[Targaryen Character]
Ally.
House Targaryen only.
Response: After King's Landing Assassin comes out of Shadows, choose a character with no attachments. Until the end of the phase, that character gets -2 STR and is killed if its STR is 0.

Here,"choose a character with no attachments." means a character without attachments,or a character with "no attachments" keywords?

Refer to Arya Stark(CS),I think it's a big confusion, because the descption looks like in the same way.

Arya Stark

[stark Character]
Lady.
Any Phase: Kneel 1 influence to choose a character with stealth or renown. Until the end of the phase, that character loses those keywords, and Arya Stark gains any keyword that was lost in this way.

If means without attachments, then why not describe it like below

Castellan of the Rock
[Lannister Character]
Ally.
Limited Response: After you play a lannister character or location from your hand, choose and kneel a character without attachments. (Limit 1 Limited Response per round.)

Thanks!

help for you

King's Landing Assassin

I think the with no attachment means a keyword. you can see the Bear Island.

I think King's Landing Assassin simply targets characters without attachments.

Correct.

"Choose a character with no attachments" is functionally equivalent to "choose a character without attachments," just as "lower the cost to play a character" is functionally equivalent to "reduce the cost to play a character."

Yes, consistent templating would be nice, but things like this are not that big of a deal.

Not that your interpretation is impossible, but I would think that if it were referring to the keyword, "No attachments" to be capitalized at the very least. Something would have been done to show, contextually, that it was referring to the keyword instead of using a textual phrase.
