Scum Rogues can take Sharpshooter, but have to have Deadeye Shot. However, I can't find Deadeye Shot anywhere on the list for any of the Scum Ranks. I didn't find it in the errata either. What gives?

You seem to have missed it in the errata:
"Renegade Advances on page 84 should include the Deadeye Shot
talent at a cost of 100 xp."
It's on page 2, upper left side of the Errata 3.0
