In the worst case, I can order the french version (My wife and I are french, living in Boston), but I would need the confirmation that everything matches (color, size of the card, everything) ... Can anyone confirm ?

You could try Barnes and Noble retail stores. People have reported they have found it there.

There are currently 3 listed on Ebay (admitedly one guy is asking $95 as an opening bid though). They have them on Amazon but they are asking even more. So yeah just keep an eye out at local game stores and book stores it'll turn up eventually.
A copy (it's the English edition, even if the store is not english) is available here for 44.95 EUR.
I hate to pimp myself here, but our store still has a copy left on the shelf. And we'd only charge retail + shipping.
