Yes. There is no "town map" so I'm not sure how you'd propose to play out the fight without drawing one. =P
The LT functions as a replacement for the "incident" card, but the location card is still drawn normally.

Yeah, but the OL doesn´t pick a location (that would be Box Canyon most of the times I guess) - it is drawn randomly!
