Anyone know anything about this? It's an option in the tournament signup for Feb, but I can't seem to find any info about it.

It's for the A Game of Thrones LCG and not for UFS, no idea why it's an option we can choose though, probably a mistake

perhaps FFG is using this tournament signup site for all of their retailers and all of their games?

It is the FFG Organized Play site, not the UFS Organized Play site.
