Realms of Terrinoth 2011 kicks off this weekend, Februrary 25th-27th, at the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center. This exciting event celebrates the exceptional universe of Runebound, Descent: Journey in the Dark, Runewars, and DungeonQuest.
While pre-registration has ended, tickets will be on sale at the door, so whether you’re taking in the journey yourself or convincing your friends to join you, read on for the amazing events that will be featured.
All guests will receive a commemorative Realms of Terrinoth 2011 gift bag that includes:
- A custom Realms of Terrinoth 2011 lanyard souvenir
- An official Tournament Score Book
- Descent: Journeys in the Dark official character cards
- A DungeonQuest “classic combat variant” board
- And an exciting and comprehensive 24-page Realms of Terrinoth booklet
Beyond the gift bag, participants can also look forward to meeting some of their favorite game designers: Kevin Wilson, designer of Descent: Journeys in the Dark, Corey Konieczka, designer of Runewars, and John Goodenough, the developer of Runebound and DungeonQuest. The game designers will be available to answer your queries as well as play with a few lucky guests.

The Realms of Terrinoth 2011 event will also feature an entirely new edition of the deadliest and most difficult Descent dungeon you’ll never survive: our legendary Delve of Doom, designer John Goodenougn’s Runebound alternate end-game scenario, a multi-day DungeonQuest tournament, new Descent scenarios for both adventurers and overlords alike, and the unconventional Extreme Dungeon Makeover for creative Descent players.
And if you’re unsure about your game knowledge, we will also have ongoing learn-to-play sessions led by friendly staff.
