I've had a couple of times with bad prize support, but this one takes the cake. Seriously, all we received was one prize support pack, just ONE. That's it, no organizer rewards, no extra prize support, and on top of this, all of these promos are from last month! What's the deal? Is that all we get? I'd like to know who to talk to about this because honestly, I think this is one of the biggest screw-ups ever.

Eh things like happen (lots in our area, no league cards since the batch with headstrong came out) we are still waiting for our earth patches.

The problem is the entirety of prize support in Canada, I'm afraid. While Paul does a great job, the problem is with the distributor being a screw-up.
Hm, Lion Rampart is about 10 minutes away from where I live, so I guess I could maybe ask if they forgot to send something.
Just to clarify:
1) League kits in Canada come from Lion Rampart. Your store may order league kits, but they have to be ordered along with product. Usually at least one booster box is required to be ordered to obtain a league kit.
2) Prize support - From what I understand Set 11 has been caught at the border due to a paperwork issue.
From what I have been lead to believe the prize support for January is caught at the border along with Set 11.
If you are missing prize support, your shop should first contact Lion Rampart to confirm whether or not something was accidentally left at the wearhouse.
Following that confirmation, you should email Paul Bromen:

Every time I have had a challenge with Paul, I've emailed him with specifics, including the store, the dates, what was received, was was missing, and everything has been able to be resolved. Thankfully we were able to compile a few extra prize support packs, so we just run with the previous months prize support until the current month's stuff shows up.
Additionally I do not book the Patch events until the 3rd week of the month, because it's rare for the product to arrive before then.

If everyone keeps emailing Paul he may get the true pictures of the problems with Prize distribution in Canada.

Good point about that. But alls I'm saying is that it may take time. Better late than never though.

Never said it wouldn't take time. Note again my statements above about not booking patch events prior to the third week of the month.
All of it just requires folks to be understanding, and plan ahead. While it would be great for things to work perfectly, some of us understand that this isn't the case.

Please include details in your email such as what store you're with, what the exact problem is. More details helps Paul resolve the issue faster.

He was last month. Winnipeg has received him, I will assume that other places have as well, as long as they signed up for December Events.

as usaul, my grasp of time disapoints me.
Our prize support seems to be ok but we havent received league kits in 3 months I dunno if maybe its our distributors that arent getting them for FFG or what?
