Hi guys,
I know that in the capital fase the opponent can respond anytime. But in the manual it says that you can respond on an action. What if my opponent plays an attachment for his unit? Can I respond to that? For example if he has unit with 1 hit point and he plays an attachment so that the unit gets an additional hit point. Can I respond with an action, and do 1 damage before the attachment resolves?
