Quickie on Stubborn Refusal & Dwarf ranger =P

By Kristhan, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

I tried to search in the forum, but couldn't find the answer, hope you guys can help =) Very much appreciated

Stubborn Refusal - Action : Move all damage from one target unit to another target unit in any player's corresponding zone.

Wat does the 'corresponding zone' mean? Can i move damage from a dwarf unit from my battlefield zone into the opponent's 'corresponding' battlefield zone? Or is the damage only able to be moved within my own battlefield zone only?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Dwarf Ranger - Forced: After one of your other 'dwarf' units leaves play, deal 1 damage to one target unit or capital.

When the damage is dealt to the capital, who gets to choose which zone of the capital? The owner of dwarf ranger or opponent?

If 2 of my other dwarfs are destroyed at the same time, is it just 1 damage? or 2?

"If a card refers to an opponent’s “corresponding”
zones, it is referring to each opponent’s zone of the
same name as the zone in which the card is located.
If a card refers to each player’s corresponding zone, it
is referring to the zone in which the card is located as
well as each opponent’s zone of the same name." (p. 17)

Since SR says any player's corresponding zone, you can move damage from your BZ Dwarf to any BZ unit.

It's direct damage, so you pick. And if two other dwarves die, you get to do 1 dmg twice (not 2 dmg at once, which can make a difference if you're wanting to kill units with Toughness).

Thanks, im grateful for your help and embarrased i didn't notice the 'corresponding Zones' title at pg17 =P

and thanks for the extra tip concerning the 1 dmg twice disadvantage for dwarf ranger
