(First of all, sorry about my poorly bad english!)

I have a question about my Creature's vault content... I have many similar action cards of the same type in my box, 3 or 4 type of each... 134 action card (Total) not 131... When i check in the Creature's guide, i see many action cards i don't have in the vault. Like Seized by Bloodlust, for example... but i have many clone of the same card in the entire pack.

This is normal? Why i don't have Savage strike in the box or Knee biter/Ed Butt! but I have 2 or 3 similar "Raise the dead" in my Creature's vault kit?

I need to know if my box is normal , like it suppose to be or completely wrong?

This is normal and the Creatures Vault has some mistakes. Look a couple pages to the past and You will find a topic about the errata and a list of mistakes from all G&V products.

Can I found some of those missing cards in one other expansion or those cards don't exist at all actually?

I was just reading this on my phone coming home, and thought i should rush back and say there are no duplicates in the creature vault, but i got beaten to it in the time it took me to load my computer

Fantasy flight are really good at sending out replacements, it took a few weeks for mine to get to old blighty, when I was missing all my mini cards from signs of faith, but they sent them straight out..

Creature's Vault
(First of all, my english is not really good, I hope you understand my situation!)

My issue is about some action cards of the kit. I have many copy of the same card in my kit and approximatively the other half of the action cards is not in my box.
I have 2 or 3 "Raise of the dead" but, i don't have Seized by bloodlust for example... The others components are hopefully fine, those "creature's standups and cards are in the kit". I just have several copies of the same action card and the other half is not present in the box.

Do you need the "proof of purchase" token or some more other details?

More than one week after I send a request to FFG Customer service about my Buggy Vault, I receive no feedback of FFG...

What can I expect about that? I'm a little bit stressed right now to be honest.

Perhaps my request is not well written and understandable? I can wait some more days but i doubt about any feedback of FFG...

Do you have an opinion? I'm too hurry? Can you explain to me what I can expect of FFG at this point?

Is there any way you can get it exchanged at the shop you bought it? if not I think you will need to list what cards you have exactly, so FFG can see whats missing, if you post on here first I will help you with your English. Everything I heard about FFG support has been good, so once they know what's missing I'm sure they will help.

I have recently purchased a copy of the Creatures Vault, but the vault contains many duplicates of some cards and has no copies of many other cards available in other Creature Vault copies (I have double checked this with other buyers on the FFG forum). For example, my Creature's Vault has several copies of the card "Raise the Dead" but no copies of "Seized by Blood lust".

I can provide a list of all current contents of the box if needed, as well as proof of purchase, but could you please let me know the next steps to take in trying to resolve the issue and obtain a complete Creatures Vault

Your initial query is actually pretty good (and certainly better than what I could write in French!), I certainly understood it, but it helps to be clear about what you want resolved (a way to get a complete creatures vault).

I don't know why, but in my Creature's Vault Box, if all other components are great and complete, this is not the case of those action cards.

I got a few extra action cards in the set, though in all these cards, several cards are the same, I have several copies of the same cards (3 to 4 identical) and many others should be present but are not in the set at all, because of those similar copies.

Those three cards come in the Witch's song expansion, so something has gone wrong somewhere.

Were the cards sealed in the creatures vault or were they loose in the box? Sounds like cards from a couple of expansions/boxes have got mixed up somehow, either by being dropped in a warehouse or during packaging somehow.

Is it not possible to take it back to the shop you purchased it from? Its sounds totally faulty and they should really offer a replacement.

Hope it works out anyway, now you have a list of what's missing.

Still you can sleep soundly again, knowing the only thing wrong with your creature vault are the issues that slipped though FFG's proof reading dept...

although they alone are enough to give you night mares apparently....

I receive the box in delivery (shipment?) anyway... This is not really possible to me to send all this content to the shop (6hours away of my city)... and repack all the stuff in a box and convince the shop about the mistake.

After all, FFG don't give me any feedback, otherwise the automatic reply. Even if they did not have information on cards, they might answer and explain the problem rather than to completely ignore my request. I think I have no other choice but to order another Creature's vault box...

I will have the advantage of having more creature's standup for my gameplay session... Thank you all! (specially CharlieBananas!)

I get most of my games in the post, so I know it can be a pain if things go wrong. If you decide to get back in touch with FFG (and I would) then let me know and I will help you with your English, I speak no other language and am in awe of anyone who is multi-lingual, your English is great so it would be just for clarity.

I also agree that another try at contacting FFG is worth a try before you go and buy a 2nd creature vault.

They are really good at sorting out these kinds of issues generally, so what harm is there in at least a second question to customer service?
