Family, Duty, Honor (4) (3) (1)
[Neutral Plot]
When revealed, search the top 5 cards of your deck for any number of House Tully cards, reveal them, and add them to your hand. Then, shuffle the other searched cards back into your deck.

Can I only reveal and add 1 Tully card to my hand if I found 3?

Fear Cuts Deeper than Swords
[Neutral Event]
Response: Cancel the effects of an event card just played if one of your HS characters is chosen as the only target.

Can Lethal Counterattack be cancelled by "Fear Cuts Deeper than Swords" if I have only one attacking HS character?

Between the "any number" and the "them" wording, it is pretty safe to say this effect can refer to more than 1 House Tully card. You can end up putting anywhere between 0 and 5 cards into your hand with this plot.

Since this plot brings you over your allowed number of cards drawn during the "Draw" phase, is the person who plays this plot still allowed to draw their "2" cards during the draw phase?

You are not drawing the cards with this plot so it does not effect your draw cap.

If that's the case, then do "summoning season", and "Building season" not count toward your draw cap as well?

Correct. Effects that let you "put a card into your hand" is not a draw effect. Only when the effect uses the word "draw" does it count against the draw cap.

Awesome. Thanks for the clarification.

Turning this one around, can "any number" be less than the number of House Tully cards you actually found? For example, I search the top 5 cards, find 4 House Tully cards, but I only want to take 2 (or 1 or 3 or 0) for some reason. Is this possible? Pretty unlikely scenario, but might come up if, say, you flip this plot and the opponent flips Rule by Decree and they make your plot go off first in order to make you lose some cards.

I would think the "any number" wording makes this possible. Ultimately, your opponent has no way of verifying how many Tully cards are among the top five cards of your deck. You can simply say you found none and shuffle the cards back into your deck.

Essentially, "any number" does not translate to "all."
