The character sheet skill list dsplay a "Lip reading (per)" skill.

This skill is nowhere to be found in the core book.

Holdover from Dark Heresy. None of the characters can get it through their standard ranks, but you could allow them to Elite Advance it. General gist of it is a +0 test, worsening by 1 degree for every ten metres.
