theory: 1 the conclave or 1 enemy informer is in play, and a second enters play and effect triggers do their responses cue off each other?

So by definition, when any card uses its own title in its text, it refers to itself only, not to all cards with that same title. You do not get "2 dudes instead of one" because only one of the Responses can legally be triggered.
