I do have a few Ideas just not sure how to structure them ....
one about a sort of mystery in attempts to find a guy wearing a fox mask that is killing agents of FBI, CSI, CIA and all sorts of other politically connected places. All the murdered ones were members of an organization that was partially involved in manipulating the global economy and connections with the underworld. Players take part in this hunt as detectives from different agencies and some even freelancing detectives. They are not part of this organization so they know nothing. Each gets a deck and a few ability or equipment cards. as a map we use some city map like for instance let’s say NY and take the east side. Using some location to meet underground information dealers and underground contacts, some officials as informants. allow the players to buy some equipments from several places in the game make it go through about 8 weeks and chase the guy around with a new murder every week to give information cards. So they all search for different guys following the information but just to add some thrill add a few similar information cards to make the characters doubt each other and actually even oppose one another. Following a curtain system of authority that someone is always above the other player. Independent agent>Secret agent>CIA>FBI>CSI>PD>Independent agent adding a few special authority cards. Plus abilities such as Independent can ignore the other authorities by rolling a dice witch if 4+ counts as a as successfully avoided and he can investigate without getting caught. After 8 weeks they need to catch the culprit in the location by they’re information. Witch by the scenario would always be selected differently from a separate deck and the guy who catches would ether win or the game would end on a point system.

just a bit of a rethinking .... use as turns a simple system 3-4 months with 4 weeks in each month and a new murder every 1st and 3rd week ... allowing the players to investigate other location on the 2nd or 4th week or to further investigate the murder, question, interogation or something like that ... to give a more flexibale play ...
