I was recently reading the stats for genestealers in the creatures anathema, and I noticed that they had both lightning attack, and multiple limbs. Does this mean that these guys get to make four attacks with a full action, or are these two abilities just redundant?

They get 4 attacks per round. Genestealers are very nasty!

Ok, definitely not something for my 2nd rank players.. (yet)

Maybe one... We took on about a half dozen 'Stealers and a Lictor at rank 3 or 4 and came away with only two burned Fate Points. Also, feel free to change them up some. There are now something like 4 or 5 distinct stat blocks for 'Stealers, each technically representing a different strain of the species. Most of those appear in the Deathwatch rules, and would probably eat your entire group with little effort.
