In short, Union just rolls to many dice to be defeated, even in other modes, it's muche easier to play Union than other factions ? Any strategy tips ?

I don't know man, Herman with the combat pack adds 1 die to each of your characters attacks. That stacks up just about as much as the union, karl can be rolling 6 dice while stosstruppen can be rolling up to 7 potentionaly 8 if you pick up a knife out of a crate.
I think Union is the less tactic faction: characters of Union are the most independent, they don’t need to support mutually as the characters of the other factions, and when you lose a Union character the others don’t change their stats. Union can plan a strategy based just on enemy’s stats.
I always play as the union and I get my but kicked most of the time by the reich. I do not think the union is overpowered. Yes, the union has the most power guns and the most dice. BUT this is not the only determining factor for a side to win. If they were on a map with no where to hide and it was just open, the union would probably win, but I don't know a single map like that. The reich has special abilities where the union does not have a lot of that. From a pure dice perspective the union win, but that is not the only thing in play in this game. Being able to attack around corners (Ozo), control opponents(Heizinger), and force them to use fewer dice on a shock roll(Eva) are devastating. Those abilities is what give the reich the advantage.
I said Union is “less tactic” (not overpowered: I thought that at the beginning, but it’s not really true) therefore I think Union is easier than Reich to play.
I agree, Union is easier to play than Reich, until the Reich player knows how to play- then the union has their work cut out for them.

Reich:
Heizenger w/ command pack (and if you're still having a hard time) +eye of horus token. (if heizeinger is being shot at and/or is not inflicting an automatic wound every turn, you're doing something wrong)
Zermann w/ stamina pack. (if union characters are coming anywhere near him, you're doing something wrong)
Eva w/ whatever. (if you're not getting the reinforcement she gives, you're doing something wrong
)
x2 Strosstruppen w/ combat or command (preferably with command, if they aren't hunting down the enemy and picking up a ton of stuff....you get the rest)
if you only have the base set, use a shocktruppen w/ stamina. If you have shocktruppen, Zermann, and eva all w/ stamina- that's ALOT of stamina.
Matriarchy:
Zorka is your key to victory against the union, 1v1 she will eventually beat any union character. Always use her stamina pack, you're going to need that extra die and voivodes. When I play as matriarchy now, I like to maximize attacks. Give voivodes the combat stat booster and Irina's combat stat booster, that is going to make for some NASTY fast little bug things. I've said it a million times, I've seen voivodes dish out 3 wounds even without those boosts.
You have four good options for the matriarchy. Irina w/ combat or stamina or command, or gorgei for some straight-up attacking power. Irishka is a MUST if you are not using voivodes for healing. (I've noticed you only really need one or the other, I've never tried Gorgei in place of Irishka, but maybe....)
Matriarchy is all about your prebattle setup. You can try a well-rounded force against Barry and Macneal, but if you find the union to be overpowered- I would never do it. Best to overpower your attack or defense.
Irina is useless dead, make sure she doesn't die. Gorgei is a shocktruppen by another name, don't use him as you would a union character. Voivodes are numerous and never seem to stay dead, use them with extreme prejudice or not- splitting them up has never really worked out for me.
just noticed voivodes are not affected by liturgies, but CV 4 is still nasty when utilized by 4 different characters.

I don' think, that Union is easier to play, especially against Reich with Heizinger an Karl in team it is sometimes a little bit tricky. Because of the Patmos amulett and the Hermetica occulta and the point, that the Union mostly win the initiatve (Hermann +4 and Karl +3 to initiative roll), it is not easy to keep your team mates together on an path, and you can't simply run and hit the enemy hard. In this case the Reich player is in advantage, he can keep the team together and do not have to care about seighting and paths and so on. The only thing that he should have in mind, to keep Herman alive. With the right team mates, this is not the probleme. Until now I never won a deathmatch with Union on the Castle Kiaz map, when Herman, Karl, Yula, Stoss- and Schocktruppen stand against the Union. ... and it was always more difficult and tricky to command the Union team then the Reich.
