I'm wondering if there are people who play regularly around here, specifically in the Frederick/Hagerstown/Baltimore area. I played a lot when I lived in LA but haven't really had much of an opportunity since moving back to MD. Now that the LCG core set has been released, I'm itching to get back in to the game.

I'm a player in the Carroll County area. Back when CoC first came out as a CCG I was a Servitor for my local game shop and ran a couple of tournaments. Attendance was low and only ever really got about 2 to 3 additional regular players. Most didn't want to get into another collectable game at the time. I'm hoping to get the same old folks and hopefully some new ones into the game in its new LCG format.

In terms of other players in the Maryland Area, I did attend some tournaments at Dream Wizards (Rockville?) and another gaming shop in Fredrick I cannot remember the name of. I don't think there were ever more than 5 people at any one of these tournaments though. I'm planning on keeping an eye out myself and if I can get some players interested in my area again I'll see about running tournaments once more.

Where in Carroll County are you? Perhaps even just you and I can occasionally get together to game.

I play at a shop called Gotham Comics in Westminster. I'll be there for a bit this Saturday (1/10) if you're interested.

My intent is play there on Saturdays as often as possible for awhile and get some folks interested. If you call the shop the owner can tell you if I'm there or someone else who might be playing is.

Personally I have yet to adjust my old decks down to the 3CL, so I wouldn't mind if you had not done the same. It is something I need to do, but I just haven't gone through the trouble yet since I don't have any regular opponents at the moment.

Wow, it's totally taken long enough but I've finally found the box that all my card games were in. Now that I have my cards and decks, I'm ready to play. Are you guys still getting together on Saturdays? And in Caroll County?
