The Terry that was just released has a singular enhance that stipulates that after all other effects have been accomplished, "This attack may not be made unblockable." My question is this: If an attack has already become unblockable through some sort of ability or static text, like that found on Vermillion Moon for example (why not, it's in the subject line for Frampton's sake), would that precede Terry's ability thus making his enhance rather flacid, or would he be able to reset the "blockability", for lack of a better term, and be allowed to play whatever block he wanted to at an exceedingly low difficulty?

Basically, if the attack is already unblockable, it stays unblockable.
