Requisition is a mission specific allotment of points that the marines can spend to 'rent' or 'buy' equipment for a given mission. The amount of requisition is determined by the GM based on the number and difficulty of the mission objectives. If a mission warrants, say 40 req, that number is for each marine in the group. Marines can pool their req, so in the case of a mission worth 40 req, if you had 5 marines, they could pool their req and buy a giant 200 point item (just an example, not reality).
