I've just checked, and FFG have now replaced the original rules PDF with the newer one. They've not marked it as being v1.1, but I guess that's what it should be.

I recommend that anyone who has an older rulebook goes and downloads the newer one. It includes the updated turn sequence (beginning of turn, end of turn etc) and the requirement to assign enough damage to destroy a units before any damage goes through to the zone.
