In the middle of the map 30A and 22B there is a "hill road hex". The question is: Is the hex considerate a hill 2 level or a hill 1 level hex?

I think that for this scenario it is a level 2 hex but...

I can't pull out the map board to look at it just now but I believe it's printed that way and looks to be a level 2 hill. I guess it's just a really steep road, keep it in 2nd gear

Weird question... are any of the hill overlays from DotF, the base game, or Normandy considered level 2 hexes? I know the colors vary a little, but (perhaps its my eyes) I believe & dislike the fact we have no level 2 hill overlays...
