Newbie Question10:next turn(solved)

By pusapapa, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

First,I know the game round's order is after hero's turn,then overload's turn

when a quest start, hero&overload haven't token their turn. One hero in start site, then move, open a door, have line of sight to a new area. This moment, overload set up the new area, then when can overload activate the monsters in the new area?Current overload's turn-he hasn't token?or next overload's turn-his second turn in the quest?

Set up quest:
Round 1
Turn 1: First Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 2: Second Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 3: Third Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 4: Fourth Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 5: Overlord Player’s Turn
Round 2
Turn 1: First Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 2: Second Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 3: Third Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 4: Fourth Hero Player’s Turn
Turn 5: Overlord Player’s Turn
Round 3 ...
(Note that heroes can change their turn order each turn so First Hero is not always the same hero etc).
...

If any hero opens a door to a new area in his turn, the first opportunity the OL will have to activate his monsters in the new room will be the OL's next turn (which is his turn of the same round ).
So if 3rd Hero player opens the door to a new area on Round 1 Turn 3 , the OL will activate all his (remaining) monsters, even the ones in he new area, on Round 1 Turn 5 .

yes. Generally that is not a clever idea for the heroes...

hehe I think so! gran_risa.gif
