Looking at the Pet Actions that came with the Adventurers Toolkit we can see they definitely had some other plans for pets that's a Mastiff (meh) and a Polar Bear (yay!). Which is pretty cool. Then on the TV just now they had a Falconer which made me think, yes that would be a perfect Pet based Career to get.

So Polar Bears (or any bear really) and Falcons, what other Pets would people like to see in the game?

I like the idea of a mastiff or some other war dog. Bears I'm less keen on, birds of prey are cool and if you are going the bear route or war dog you could include big cats in the mix as well.

In saying that though. I think if you include actual majorly powerful animals like mastiffs, bears and big cats that's really creating for a powerful character where those animals alone are quite capable of taking on opponents just as they are. A falcon on the other hand isn't so practical as a combat machine, great at distracting targets and other uses like scouting perhaps. It's certainly more on par with the abilities of the regular rat catchers dog.
