1) When the Dunwich Horror enters play its because a Monster has just entered a Vortex, in the Monster movement Mythos phase, do you activate the Dunwich Horror as well if its symbol is also on the same Mythos card?.

2) When you have to enter a Monster Servant of Glaaki into play all Investigators usually loosse a item or something, If the Monster has to go straight to the Outskirts and this takes them over the Outskirts limit it is retuned to the Anchient One card, in this instance do Investigators still give up items?

#1: I believe it has to be in play at the start of the Mythos phase to move, like rifts.

#2: As Spawn, SoG never go to the Outskirts, they don't count vs monster limit.

1. my feeling sais: the dunwich horror comes into play "after" the normal monster movement has happend. so itself would not move in that round. at least thats how we have played it yet. i have not found any rule to confirm this.

2. servants of glaaki are spawn monsters: never count against monster limit, never put into outskirts.

greetings

Thanks for the quick reply henk and Dam.

Is this correct.

1) Dunwich Horror is only activated after the current Mythos phase is over.

2) After The Servant of Glaaki enters play, it never leaves, it is only returned to the Anchient One after being beaten in combat.

When a Spawn Monster such as Servant of Glaaki enters a Vortex is it returned to the Anchient One.

1) kinda yes.. i would say: it happens after the *monster movement*, but belongs to the mythos-phase.

2) we handle it this way:

any situation that defeats/removes the glaaki spawns from the board (combat, vortex, other stuff from other expensions, etc.. :) ) will bring them back to the ao-sheet, if the effect is not explicitly described as "remove from the game" or something simular.

That's right! Spawn monsters cannot be permanently killed. They will keep coming back.
