Pretty soon I'll be starting up a RT campaign, but like a lot of people all of the players and myself are busy wiith jobs, family, etc. So I'm going to try a Play By Email style game, supplemented by meeting up in real life once a month or so to handle combat and other things involving complicated timings. Or just meeting up to have a game night

I'm curious if anyone has tried running an RT game by email. It seems there is a lot of downtime/background stuff going on, so given the right kind of campaign this could work really well, better then things like Deathwatch.

Just wondering what you all thought of this idea, potential pitfalls I should look out for (it's also my first GMing in many years) and so forth.

Also, we might be short a player, so if you live in the Twin Cities, we might have a spot for you.
