If a player remains the only one alive because everybody else died, but he's not on the Crown Of Command, does he still win?
Last player standing

Yes, but only if a character has reached the Crown of Command and been instructed to leave the space due to an Alternative Ending Card!

To this topic I have a question:
But what if there's the Demon Lord on the Crown and only one Character in another Region survives?
No reincarnation is possible after a Character has reached the CoC, so other players are out.
This happened in one game. The last Character was unable to defeat the Demon Lord when he remained alone on the board (we proved that by forcing him to reach the Crown and fight to his death), but if he was alone with no opposition he would have boosted up his stats with ease. Assuming this, we declared that Character to be the winner. This was the outcome of our desire to complete the game, because it was too late at night (two other Characters might have turned back instead of fighting).

Player on Crown wins as all other players died, even if he is fighting the Demon Lord!

Good, this can be taken as a general rule that disciplinates all situations. If there is one Character left alive and he reaches the Crown, he's the winner. No draws allowed in Talisman
This can happen also in a standard CoC game: the Character on the Crown has only one Life left and he kills all Characters with the Command Spell except one. This has been keeping the Life Tap Spell for this very moment: he kills the CoC Character at the start of his Turn, then he has all the time in the world to make his way to the Crown.
