And you shall have it. happy.gif I have two more cards in this cycle.

I see some resemblance in the upper part of the face but that's a chance thing (I never use actors as reference unless specified as required, but it has never happened to me yet).

As to trusting either (or the detective in specific) I'd say that is wise, the guy doesn't seem to have much sanity left. gui%C3%B1o.gif

Yeah, not exactly spitting image, but a bit similar. Awesome art, whatever inspired it :)

Another excellent piece Tiziano, as we have come to expect from you.

I will venture to say that the 'Obsessive Detective' is my favorite of yours for the Cthulhu LCG so far.

Your understanding and attention to the genre setting and specific card flavor always impresses.

The period clothing and decor is exceptional! It seems to me that for you, when creating art for this game

you see it as an intellectual exercise and you savor the chance to research your subject. The red-rimmed,

dark-circled eyes, unkept appearance and look of desperation is spot on. He's obviously been 'sleeping' with his

service automatic under the pillow for some nights! He seems to be appealing to the local innkeeper to please

let him stay one more night for he is on the verge of solving the case. For the last two nights the detective's

night terrors have troubled the other guests. Keep up the good work Tiziano!

Sorry for the belated answer, I'm painting like mad and sadly my time for forum browsing is sorely limited. :( .

evilidler: thank you again.

Hybrid, you left me stunned.

True, I enjoy researching my works for CoC. I like the atmosphere and the aestetic of the period and I love how seemingly small details like the shape of a shirt's collar can have an influence on the piece's 'feel'. The fact that the community notices and appreciates it is a great spur to keep working in this way.

I wouldn't have noticed these games if not for the art. I'm also very happy that new, original art is showing up, since I've already seen enough recycled Arkham Horror stuff. It's not bad, it's just already seen ;)

Now we're getting the LCG art recycled in Mansions of Madness instead, right? :P
