So we are having a slight problem in my group. We are in disagreement about how the seraphim melta pistols work. Do you get two attacks of 3d10 with the crazy 20 pen or just one attack? I know it might be kinda petty, but in the power level of DH one of those is a heck of an attack let alone two. Any feedback would be nice.

I'd do:
(P1-AP)+(P2-AP)+1d10-TB = Damage of shot.
P1 and P2 being pistol damage 1 and 2. Errata made it so Dual Shot only is soaked once by TB, though damage is reduced by armor on both. So essentially, take the damage from first pistol and reduce it by their AP, take the damage from the other pistol and reduce it by their AP, add 1d10 than subtract TB.
Yeah, Rakiel's got it. This is basically a one shot kill.
-Treat it as one attack
-Damage 5d10+4
-Penetration 20 (don't even bother with armor, i mean seriously pen 20!!)
-Apply toughness bonus once.
