Does Eastwatch by the sea work in a way that do great harm to brotherhood? By moving a power every round to cause their characters lose all abilities?

Yes, it is the bane of Brotherhood decks everywhere.

For Wicked Seductress, when we say it is knelt, does it mean it has to be knelt due to a card effect or to pay a cost? Therefore declaring her as attacker or defender doesn't count.

Also when a response states when "a character is knelt", it means when it is knelt in every condition right., including declared as attacker and defender.
Yes. Kneeling a character when it is declared as an attacker or defender creates an "after a character is knelt" Response opportunity.

How does she work? If she is knelt as a defender, can she then also use her response ability, basically acting as a twofer?

Assuming she does get to be a twofer, and she is the only available option to use as military claim, does she die before using her ability or does the ability kick in and then she dies?

I have ADD and the player action stuff in the FAQ is too dense for my simple mind to comprehend. Thanks.

You're going to want to work though some of the density in the FAQ. The timing structure of when Responses are played is something you really need to learn.

I totally agree the FAQ is important, I just don't get it. I wish they had a video that covered the windows. This game is so fun, but when things get hairy and complicated, I just defer to other players interpretation because I don't have the patience to sort it out.

Your explanation of her in fact being a twofer seems to make her a very nice card against Bara, Stark, Targ, Greyjoy since they seem to have a lot of red and blue icons, but very few green.

Thank you for taking the time to answer this question.
