Is there a limit to how many times an Investigator can be driven insane?

I think there are some "Personal Story" cards in one of the expansions that make bad things happen if you go nuts, though, and there's the Injury and Madness cards in one of the expansions that can provide a limit (you draw an Injury card if KOed, a Madness card if Insane, and if you ever draw the same card you had before you're devoured).

Some **** picnickers released a flying Polyp (from their picnic basket no doubt. I TOLD you that mustard was bad...) in the Downtown streets, and it refuses to move!
