As describetion of "you suffer 1 or more wounds",or "deal 1 or more wounds to you"

I think that wounds suffered means the wounds before armor is deducted,wounds dealt means the wounds after armor is deducted

nope, wounds are wounds, just 2 different words they use (be delt wounds and suffer), but it is the same thing... damage and wounds is the difference you were reffering to... damage is before applying the effects of armor..
