Hi, I've a question:

if Karl is in a circle without smoke, and Karl have Doom weapon equiped, could fire an opponent character standing in a circle with smoke out of Karl's path?

I'm sorry if this is a repeated question, but I've not found somewhere else.

Yes, He can fire into smoke, he is only effected if he is in the smoke.
