After a more than unpleasant experience with figure warping with the Cadwallon board game, I was considering picking up Dust Tactics as I heard that the figures are finly crafted using hard plastic (as figures should be) and thus won't warp like those found in Cadwallon. I then read that instead people are having issues with the board pieces themselves warping (this comes from BoardgameGeek and was more than unnerved when I saw this: http://cf.geekdo-images.com/images/pic892975_lg.jpg
From what I read there were more than a few people who said they tried flattening the board peices with heavy books and such for several days but the warp persisted if only slightly.
Now granted I had a handful of defects ordering Tannhauser games with a few character cards being torn or stuck together from glue spots, the board having glue streaks on one side, etc. But for a $100 price tag (or $ 70 if you go though CoolStuffInc) I find it rather unnerving and a big hamper on my decision to order it. But in their defense, Fantasy Flights customer service was spot on getting me the replacements for the defective parts.
Has anyone else had problems with Dust: Tactics and if so how easy was it to get resolved?
I'm also kind of curious if anyone has heard anything about the possibility of Koshka being released as a figure for D:T?
