When a character moves from Galatica/Colonial One/Piloting viper to Pegasus by discarding a Treachery Skill Card, a Cylon player plays Sabotage

and make Pegasus destroyed, how that character moves, moves to other location or stop at original location?

On page 10 of the core rule book it says "If he moves to a different Ship, he must discard one skill card from his hand."

To me that wording means the character/player would have to actually make it onto the next ship inorder to be charged a card to pay the taxi. So you move to pegasus. Then discard a card, then get sabotaged (However sense its that players turn her could always choose to have Galatica damaged instead of Pegasus). Pegasus blows up. Player is sent to sick bay. As written on page 9 of the pegasus rule book under destroying pegasus "if all four Pegasus locations have a damage token on them at the same time, Pegasus is destroyed. Move all characters on Pegasus to "sickbay."..."
