Had another 4 hour-ish session today. We had a ton of fun. Lots of crazy stuff came up, and the system just continues to impress us with it's ability to deal with wacky things easily and flexibly.

We are having so much fun with this game that we had a very serious conversation about using the underlying system for other genres. Inspired by the table talk, after the game I whipped up a rough pass at a superheroes oriented version this evening. It would take a time investment to write up a lot of abilities, but I think I've got a workable basic version alpha'd together.

We really wonder if FFG realize what a winner they have on their hands and if they plan to do more with it....

My guess is the answer to your rhetorical questions are yes and yes.

I ran a game last weekend at my FLGS, and as a GM, I really do love the storytelling ability that the dice results allow on even "simple" rolls.
