Some cards state you can do something 'at the beginning of your turn' whilst others say you can do stuff 'after your turn begins' . Which comes before the other, or do they all happen at the same time, or does the active player gets to choose?

"All instances of “After your turn
begins” should read “At the beginning
of your turn.”" (FAQ, p. 4)

Basically all beginning of turn effects take place or can only be activated during Phase 0 (FAQ, p. 12). If you have several, constants, then forceds, then Action:. If more than one of one particular type (two Forced), you get the pick the order.
