I agree, in theory, with using ALL of the Kingsport locations, but in practice, the "thou shalt "end your movement" clause, makes those three locations unbearable.
There is also something else that should be considered. If one accepts what Chaosium wrote about Kingsport, then anything unstable/dangerous on the Kingsport Head would be quickly banished by either Nodens or Bain. Sure, the "end movement here"is a valid reasoning, but I like to think that AH is closer to the stories and background infos in CoC.
PS: IMNHO William Bain shouldn't be an Ally.
