The little sheet that comes with the game... is that a supplement with rules in addition to the rulebook? Or a cheat-sheet?

For Generalleutnant the book says +4 initiative. The sheet says +6 during deployment phase. Assuming deployment phase means setup phase does this mean:

+4 Init most of the game

+6 during Setup

Or is it a typo and it should be +4 or +6 at all times?

The Revised Rules say +4 Init., If your version of Tannhauser didn't have a copy you can get a PDF for $5.

If your copy came with the 1.0 Rules and the Revised Rules, the "cheat sheets" are for the 1.0 rules.

My copy came with Revised rules so we'll just discard the cheat sheets. It's easy enough to put a bookmark in the book and flip to the pages.
