I finally got around to sorting the pieces to my ToI game and I noticed with my american forces I have one less machine gun crew and one extra mortar crew. Think if I sent the extra one in FFG will replace it with the right one?

I suspect that they would, contact customer service to be sure.

I have had the same issue occur and the customer service is the best as far as TOI is concerned. Email them via their contact page, addressing your situation of being short 1, extra on another and they will ship the missing piece at no cost. Just provide your address in the email and, as always, be polite. I think the customer service guy's name is Thaad and is quick and usually responds within a few days.

However, they are doing inventory until the 7th of January, so they may not be able to help until then.
