King in Yellow - missing card

Ah, new forum. I've posted this question earlier today on the old one, but I hope this place is more frequented.

My (German) box of King in Yellow had a duplicate yellow Other Worlds card, which means there's one card missing. I'm pretty certain it has to be one with a R'lyeh/Dreamlands pairing.

Could someone confirm this, and post the complete card text?

The German publisher has been very helpful replacing missing pieces, but I'd like to include this info so there's no chance of mix-ups. Also, I'd like to know what I'm missing until I get the replacement.

The English version states this...

R'lyeh Great Cthulhu spares the faithful. If you wish, you may attempt a Lore (-3) check. If you fail, you are devoured. If you pass, take this card. Discard this card the next time you would be devoured to instead be reduced to 1 Sanity and 1 Stamina.
The Dreamlands A cat brushes against your leg and meows. Regain 1 Sanity.
Other In each facet of the gem is a monstrosity waiting to be born. Make a Luck (+0) check. If you fail, a monster appears!
