Do Best and Good Flak Armours gain the additional AP (total of 6 AP) against Blast Weapons?

Personally, I don't feel that benefits of the manufacturing quality of the armor should add to the Flak effect. That's just my thoughts though. Now, if the Flak effect was otherwise worded as "adds X to the AP of the armor against damage from weapons with the Blast quality," then sure thing. I would say yes to your question Happy.
