Out of curiousity, what the most commonly used house rules to limit the effectiveness of a Blood Angel Assault Marine with a tearing weapon, multiple attacks, flesh render and Blood Frenzy? Last session my Assault Marine did 133 damage in one hit using only a chainsword. And that's at rank 2. I shudder to think how much I could potentially do once I get to the rank needed to RF on a 8,9 or 10.
To be fair, it might very well have been that or a TPK at the hands of a inadvertently summoned Daemon Prince of Tzeentch (the Thousand Sons Sorcerer we were fighting screwed up on his perils of the warp roll and paid the ultimate price).
Also while we're talking on the subject of brokeness, what fixes would you recommend to the Apothercary career to make it more effective in combat? Personally I'm thinking earlier access to Flesh Render and Swift Attack.
