Does the tcho tcho talisman prevents that hermann mulder goes insane after 6 or more characters are in game?

Yep. As long as he has a terror icon / willpower he can't go insane.

Note: He'd need to have either the terror or the willpower *before* there were six characters in play though. You can't like, play him when there are already six in play then put the protection on him after. Unless, of course, there is some other effect in play like "All your characters gain willpower" or something.
