Using strange Eons for stand ups??? Question

By sugarwookie, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

I just received the creature vault last week and was a little saddened with the counters count. I was hoping to have a slew of monsters to use fr my encounters, but in stead wound up with a couple of this and that to add to my already paltry collection.

I know some of you have been dabbling with the SE program and I would like to ask a few questions for those who have made some stand ups from it.

1) What size do you use for the larger monster types?

2) What material do you use to then place them on the table since the stock pieces are so thick? Have you found a good way to make them work in the plastic bases?

I made my own standups. But with a graphic software not with SE.

I'm printing a color picture on inkjet paper and glue it on a double layer cardboard. The after the glue is dry I cut the border.

After that I use setting spray ("Fixierspray" in german). Let it dry again some hours.

I mad three new standups so far, a Norsca Berserker or Barbarian who looks like Schwarzenegger, a Brown Bear, and a female Warrior who looks like Allison STokke gran_risa.gif !

Additionally I made 5 standard Beastman stand up.

It's important to make sure that your own made standups are as thick as the originals, so you can use the originial stands.

Thanks for the ideas! Can you tell me what software you're using? I may have access to it and if so would be curious what you do to get the right dimensions.
